Kata Tjuta & Uluru We set out to explore the wonder of Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) and hike the 'Valley of the Winds'. We head to Uluru(Ayers Rock) to watch the beautiful colours of the desert sun set while enjoying champagne. After a hearty dinner at our permanent campsite, take the opportunity to view the brilliance of the outback sky before retiring for the night. (D)

Day 2 - Uluru An early start is required for one of the highlights of the tour - the Uluru sunrise. You can enjoy a walk around the base exploring its mysterious rock formations and Aboriginal art sites while watching the changing light on the desert or choose to climb Uluru. This 'SAFARI IN STYLE' product is designed for those wanting a comfortable but adventurous small group tour. Whilst not a luxury tour (passengers are required to walk to shared shower and toilet facilities). SAFARI IN STYLE is considerably more comfortable than our budget program in terms of service and facilities offered. SAFARI accommodation features twin shared beds in spacious permanent tents with interior lights and fans. All linen, pillows and towels are provided.
In addition to the guide, a hostess will be on board (when passenger numbers exceed 4) to enable a better level of service and a greater variety of quality meals.

Take a 2 or 3 day safari and stay in comfortable accommodation near Flinders Chase National Park where you'll learn about the island's rich history around a roaring fire.

North from Adelaide, travel through the renowned wine making region of the Clare Valley into the striking Flinders Ranges. See Aboriginal rock art and discover the history of the early European settlers, climb the peaks of spectacular Wilpena Pound and meet the colourful characters of the opal mining town, Coober Pedy. Explore the icons of Red Centre - Uluru (Ayers Rock), Kata Tjuta (Olgas) and Kings Canyon - or continue on as far as Darwin via Katherine Gorge and Kakadu National Park.

Cape Tribulation & Daintree National Park
Where the rainforest meets the reef... Three hours drive north of Cairns, Cape Tribulation is the oldest example of lowland tropical rainforest in the world and is jammed with crystal clear creeks and stunning scenery. Set amongst the Daintree National Park, with fringing coral reef metres from the beach, Cape Tribulation is a refuge for primitive plants and wildlife from the dinosaur era.

The Outback
Stretching west from the Atherton Tablelands are North Queensland's Outback Plains, one of the most remote and wild areas in the state. It is filled with traditional Aboriginal rock art, some of Australia's largest cattle stations (up to the size of a small country!) and good-humoured outback characters. This rugged landscape with dry creek beds and open eucalypt forest is where you will find our camps. Discover the richness of plant and animal life that survives out here.

The Tropical Tablelands
The Atherton Tablelands has a stunning array of waterfalls, crater lakes, towering rainforest and tropical farmland. It is home to some of the cutest nocturnal animals and most beautiful bird life. Our tours to the tablelands are fun-filled adventures that include bush walking, swimming, canoeing and night wildlife-spotting. You can explore nature's playground for a day, or pack your hiking boots and join us for an adventure safari!
